How to make homemade pork cheeseburgers?

     1. Mix minced pork with minced onion, egg yolk, pepper, oregano, rosemary and seasoning sauce. Use your hands to knead until well combined (but don’t make it sticky like meatballs). Refrigerate the hamburger patties for about 30 minutes.
     2. Remove the hamburger patties from the refrigerator, form into balls (toss and slap them back and forth with both hands to release some air). Grill over low heat until cooked. Pour in the stock and cover (to prevent the pork from drying out and to ensure the meat is cooked throughout, juicy). When the hamburger patties start to dry and are cooked through, add the cheese. Once the cheese melts, remove from heat.
