     Who would have thought that lamb could be used to make such a delicious stew menu? We present a lamb stew. Take the lamb and fry it until it is crispy, then simmer it in stock. Add potatoes and carrots for color and sweetness.

Let the oven do the work with this easy and flavourful lamb stew. The amounts are easily doubled, so you can freeze half to enjoy another day

Ingredients :

   (cut into chunks)
   50g butter
   minced
   4-5 bay leaves
   black peppercorns onion
   (diced)
   water
   carrots (peeled and cut into chunks) potatoes
   (peeled and cut into chunks)
   3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1
   heaped tbsp tomato puree
   1 tbsp ketchup
   1 salt sugarสมัคร ufabet 

How to make lamb stew?

     1. Lightly brown the lamb.
     2. Heat another pan or pot with butter. Minced garlic, bay leaf, black peppercorns and diced onion in a large pot or saucepan and stir-fry until fragrant. Add fried lamb and stir-fry until well combined. Add enough water to cover the lamb and simmer until tender.
     3. Season with Worcestershire sauce, tomato puree, tomato sauce, salt and sugar. Then add potatoes and carrots. Simmer until potatoes and carrots are cooked and the liquid is thickened. Scoop into a plate and serve.
